[NOWURD.co — Druwon Lashawa] - Western Cape, Gauteng, South Africa - Designed and deployed a live client website for Snap Content (photography/videography business) Built branded business tools — Excel trackers and invoicing systems for a hospitality and retail client Developed a full brand identity system (logo, colour palette, typography, voice) for own creative studio, NOWURD.co Managed end-to-end creative projects: client briefs, design iteration, and final delivery Assisted with on-location photoshoots — model and post-production assistant, contributing to lighting setup, composition feedback and Photoshop retouching/editing of final images.

PICK N PAY X CPUT | CAPE TOWN, WESTERN CAPE | - Contributed to a national retail campaign for Pick n Pay, working in a 6 member team to produce high-impact visual assets for both digital and large-format applications. Developed mock-ups, mood boards, and final design outputs using Photoshop, InDesign and Figma — ensuring all creative met print and digital resolution requirements for potential outdoor/billboard use. Managed the complete creative workflow from concept sketches to final asset delivery. Awarded the Dean's Special Award for Creative Art and Design for this project

CPUT - HUAWEI PROJECT | CAPE TOWN, WESTERN CAPE | - Collaborated in a 6-member team to deliver a fully functional enterprise webpage for Huawei within a 9-month timeline. Built a responsive, user‑friendly About Us section using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Maintained project deadlines by managing extended work hours including nights and weekends to ensure on-time delivery

WIC’IT/THE GODFATHER SPORTS PUB | OUDTSHOORN, WESTERN CAPE - Managed cash-ups averaging R30,000+ daily. Oversaw daily operations and performance management of gambling machines across the facility. Coordinated staff scheduling, stock purchasing and supplier logistics. Ensured compliance with operational standards across stock, cash handling and facilities management. Balanced part-time admin responsibilities alongside full-time academic studies at CPUT.
